The Little Hooker affords about 5 inches of wall clearance and some rams sweep back creating a wall clearance issue. One solution is to mount a wood plaque behind the wall plate to provide that extra clearance needed, or utilize the Big Hooker. Also, the standard Little Hooker prong may be too narrow to fit properly. We offer a sheep prong (sold separately) that is slightly wider to accommodate most skulls. When placing an order through our web store, note that you need the sheep prong and we can include it at no extra charge with the initial order.
Tip: For Table Hooker use, it is always recommended (because of the ram’s side to side weight) to secure/screw(hardware included) the base down to a surface to prevent the Table Hooker from being knocked over.
